Damaged or Defective Products
 

If your disposable vape arrives damaged, defective, or does not function properly upon first use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 

To process your claim, we may request:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos or a short video showing the problem

Once approved, we will provide either:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund to your original payment method.
  
   

Opened Products

Due to the nature of disposable vape products, opened or used products cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective. 

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Product must remain sealed in its original packaging.

• Product must be in new, resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
 

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval. Your financial institution may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
 

Age Verification

Orders canceled because age verification cannot be completed may be subject to any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by us.
